By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:
"A. Issue appropriate Directions against the Respondent for violation of Court Order dated 25.04.2025 passed by Ld. ASJ-04, PHC, New Delhi and Order dated 05.12.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC (Mahila Court - 01), PHC, New Delhi; and/or B. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the Ld. JMFC (Mahila Court -02), Patiala House Court, New Delhi District to conduct expeditious and day-to-day hearing and decide Ct. Cases 448852 of 2016 titled "Deboarh Bhatia vs. Hemant Kumar Bhatia" in a time bound framework in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case;

not be possible for the Trial Court to have day-to-day proceedings, considering the pendency before the Trial Court. However, considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that the learned Trial Court would ensures expeditious trial of this case without granting unnecessary adjournment in this case preferably by December, 2026.
