The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking parole for a period of thirty days in order to (a) to maintain social ties; (b) find a suitable groom for his daughter; and (c) to enable the petitioner to engage a lawyer to file a Special Leave Petition.

The petitioner states that he had filed an application for parole on 05.011.2019, however, he has not received any response to the same. 3.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to direct the respondent to consider the present petition as a petitioner's application for parole, if otherwise the said application is not available on record and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. 5.
