The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) challenging the order on charge dated 23.12.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge NDPS), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in SC No. 196/2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the order challenged in the present petition is a revisable order under Section 401 of the CrPC. 3.

On an objection being raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition under Section 401 of the CrPC. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
