Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 303/2025 of Police Station Hauz Qazi for the offence under Section 109(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

On being pointed out the manner of the alleged incident and the weapons used, as well as the status that the petitioner no. 1 is absconding, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may face the trial if any charge is made out.
