The present Petition under Article 226 and 227 of The Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking waiver of condition imposed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate vide Order dated 28.02.2018, whereby he has been directed to surrender his passport and not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner has submitted that the Petitioner is facing great inconvenience to return the passport to the Court after every time he has travelled abroad. 3.
