cross FIR of the subject FIR has already been compounded before the trial court. Learned counsel for petitioners further informed that petitioner no. 6 namely Hajji @ Harji has passed away.

3.

Respondents no. 2-5 present in court with their counsel and identified by IO/ASI Mahesh Kumar accept notice. Learned APP accepts notice and submits that there is no objection to this petition. 4.

I have spoken with the petitioners and respondents no. 2-5 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised the disputes. Respondents no. 2-5 submits that they do not wish to prosecute the petitioners and that cross FIR already stands settled. 5.

Considering the above circumstances and having spoken with the parties, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through trial. Therefore, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 533/2021 of PS Mehrauli for offence under Section 323/324/34 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed. Pending application stands disposed of.
