This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') for appointment of an Arbitrator. During the pendency of the present petition, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their disputes. It is agreed between the parties that Respondent shall pay a sum of Rs. 34 lakhs to the Petitioner on or before 01.09.2025, in full and final settlement of all claims of the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Respondent shall abide by the settlement and there will be no delay in payment. Undertaking of the Respondent is taken on record. 3.

Petition is disposed of binding the Respondent to its undertaking to pay a sum of Rs. 34 lakhs on or before 01.09.2025.
