This petition has sought direction for further investigation in FIR no. 10/2016 registered at PS: New Delhi Railway Station under Sections 376D/459/307/356/394/325/354B/120B/34 IPC by an Independent Investation Agency.

It is now stated by Ld. ASC, on instructions of the IO, that charges were framed on 03rd October, 2017 and trial commenced in 2017. 3.

The trial is well underway and only four witnesses are left to be examined.

At this stage, this Court does not fit to allow this application/petition, as it would be in the interest of justice that trial is concluded which is at the last stage and testimonies of all the witnesses are before the Court. 5.

Petition is therefore dismissed.
