Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 503/2025 of Police Station Seemapuri for the offence under Section 109(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 27/54/59 of the Arms Act on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

On being shown the MLC of respondent no. 2, as per which the bullet fired by the petitioner entered the body of the respondent no. 2 and exited therefrom and also on being pointed out that the petitioners are on interim bail, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of his client, seeks permission to withdraw this petition unconditionally. 3.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
