By virtue of the present application, the applicant seeks early hearing of the present bail application.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application since as observed in order dated 06.01.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the bail application made by the applicant was dismissed, there are no change in circumstances since then till date.
