% 12.02.2020 The present petition is filed under section 439 read with 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in pursuance to FIR No.277/2017 registered at Police Station Vikaspuri for the offences punishable under sections 406/420/120B/34 IPC.

Vide order dated 26.08.2019 in Bail Appln.2048/2018 filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Moreover, FSL report has come which is supporting the case of the prosecution and against the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
