After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present bail application. He further submits that since the case is already at the stage of recording of statement of accused, and the testimony of the prosecutrix is somewhat wavering, learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal.

Learned APP for the State also assures that there would not be any delay from their side.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to dispose of the abovesaid criminal matter, which is already at its last leg, as expeditiously as possible. 6.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
