Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0958/2015 dated 04.07.2015 under Sections 451/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at P.S. Mehrauli. 2.

It is submitted in the petition that the parties have arrived at a settlement for which respondent no.2 and 3 have given no objection jointly vide affidavit dated 11.12.2022.

The parties are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsel for the parties.

Respondent no.2 submits that there was misunderstanding and ego clash with the petitioners and the neighbour. 5.

amicably without any fear, threat, coercion or pressure to maintain peace and harmony in the neighbourhood and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the FIR.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 0958/2015 registered at Police Station Mehrauli for offences punishable under Sections 451/354/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the accused persons. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of.
