Petitioner seeks setting aside and quashing of order dated 17.11.2025 in C.C.No.324/2023. By way of the impugned order, the learned trial court in proceedings under Section 138 of NI Act declined the adjournment request for further cross-examination and closed further cross-examination taking note of the extent of cross-examination already carried out and also observing that the cross-examination was repetitive. 2.
After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court.
