After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal with a liberty to file an application before the learned Single Judge seeking modification of the order dated 08.01.2026 so far as the same imposes a condition on the petitioner to furnish a bank guarantee for a sum of ₹2.5 crores, to be furnished to the Registrar General of this Court. 2.

We request the learned Single Judge that in case any such application is moved, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
