FAO(OS) (COMM) 24/2019 & CM APPL. 4336/2019 The present appeal is directed against the observations against two officers in the order dated 13.11.2018.

Mr.Bawa, learned counsel for the respondent at the outset submits that the present appeal is not maintainable.

However, after some hearing in the matter, it is agreed that the order

with regard to imposition of cost shall not be modified except that the observations made in para 3 of the order, in the second line, would stand deleted.

Officers who are present in court regret the non-filing of the affidavit within the time allowed by the court, which has now been filed. They undertake to remain careful in future, while complying with the orders of the Courts.
