% 22.01.2020 C.M. APPL. 2495/2020 (for correction of order dated 23.12.2019) 1.

This application has been moved by the appellant pointing out a typographical error in para No.1 of the order dated 23.12.2019 on which date, the submission of counsel for the appellant were recorded that he wished to withdraw the present appeal while reserving his right to approach the learned Single Judge for filing an appropriate application for seeking review of the order dated 06.11.2019. However, on a perusal of the order dated 23.12.2019, it transpires that instead of the words „Single Judge‟, the same has been typed as „Family Court‟, in para 1.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and states that he does do not wish to file a reply to the application as the prayer made is formal in nature.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The first para of the order dated 23.12.2019 shall read as follows:- "1. Counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right to approach the learned Single Judge by filing an appropriate application for seeking review of the order dated 06.11.2019."

This order shall be read as part and parcel of the order dated 23.12.2019.

The application is disposed of.
