The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff seeking relief of declaration under Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 against the defendant .

During the pendency of the suit, learned Joint Registrar vide order dated 18.01.2024 referred the matter to mediation under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, to enable the parties to explore for amicable settlement, where parties have arrived at a settlement agreement dated 07.05.2024, copy of which has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the same is on record. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the suit be decreed in terms of settlement.

been signed by the plaintiff, as well as, defendant. The settlement is also signed by the learned mediator.

A perusal of the settlement agreement shows that the same is lawful, therefore, there is no impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the said settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the settlement. 6.
Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 07.05.2024 which shall form part of the decree. 7.
Let decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
