The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 11.10.2022, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge in case titled as 'State v. Ankit Bhardwaj & Ors.' whereby the applications filed by the petitioners for setting aside the bail granted to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were rejected. 2.
The Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 were granted bail under the HPC Guidelines. The applications were filed alleging that the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, while on bail, have threatened the witnesses. It is pointed out that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the Respondent No. 2 to 4 had surrendered on 07.04.2023. Thereafter, by an order dated 21.12.2023, they were again released on interim bail and they surrendered on 31.01.2024.

It is also pointed out that the petitioner, being the main eye witness, and her son, have already been examined by the learned Trial Court.

the petitioner and her son have been granted protection in terms of the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018, and the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are now in the judicial custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any order at this stage. 6.
The petition is disposed of.
