This appeal is directed against the order dated 08.11.2023 whereby, one of the applications preferred under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was stood over to 11.01.2024. 3.

Mr. Gaurav Mitra, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellants, says that the appellant has also filed an application under the same provision, which is numbered as I.A. 8369/2022. The cause title of the order passed on 08.11.2023 adverts to the said I.A. 3.1 Mr. Mitra states that I.A. 8369/2022 is listed before the learned Single Judge on 12.02.2024.

The limited prayer of Mr. Mitra is that the application should be disposed of.
