W.P.(CRL) 3423/2019 and CRL.M.A. 42185/2019 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 347/2019 under Section 420/406/448/34 IPC, registered at police station Patel Nagar.

Learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State submits that chargesheet has been filed in the present case. He, however, states that no chargesheet has been filed against the petitioners at present. However, a supplementary chargesheet may be filed against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in case supplementary chargesheet is filed against the petitioners, he may be given seven days notice so that he can avail appropriate remedy available him as per law. Learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State has no objection to the same.

In view of the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition and the same is dismissed along with the pending application.
