Learned counsel for the parties state that pursuant to the order dated 06.03.2019, they had appeared before the learned Mediator and have been able to arrive at a settlement as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 26.07.2019. The said Settlement Agreement is on record. 2.

In the Settlement Agreement dated 26.07.2019, parties have agreed that the sole and legal custody of their minor son, aged 16 years, shall remain with the respondent and the appellant shall have free access to him in terms of the Para-8(A) of the Settlement Agreement. Remaining terms and conditions relating to the minor child have been set down in paras-8(B) to 8(O) of the Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for the parties state that they have already acted upon the terms and conditions and the minor son of the parties has been granted MAT.APP.(F.C.) 29/2019

admission in a school in Spain, as agreed upon. They undertake to abide by the remaining terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 26.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the Settlement Agreement dated 26.07.2019 be taken on record and the present appeal be disposed of. 5.

We have perused the Settlement Agreement dated 26.07.2019. The same has been signed by both the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator.
