The Petitioners are senior citizens who had filed an application for eviction of their son and daughter-in-law from their property. Through the present application, Petitioners state that they have settled their dispute with the Respondents and have received possession of the property in question. 2.

Accordingly, counsel for Petitioner states that the reliefs sought in the present petition stand addressed and they no longer wish to pursue the present proceedings.

In light of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. W.P.(C) 635/2023 4.

In light of the order passed in CM APPL. 50095/2024, the Petitioners seek to withdraw the present petition.
