% 29.01.2025 I.A. 40585/2024 (Seeking directions for release of amount deposited) 1.

This application has been filed on behalf of respondent seeking the release of amounts deposited by the petitioner with respect to Claim No.5, which has been allowed in favour of petitioner by judgment dated 28th June 2024.

The monies with respect to the award have been deposited by order dated 5th July 2019, amounting to Rs. 23,67,203/- which have been kept in an interest-bearing FDR No.15530311103165 with UCO Bank. 3.

Counsel for petitioner states that the competent authority has approved the release of amounts.

Deposits relating to Claims no.3, 8 and 11 amounting to Rs.8,43,988/- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 16:00:22

along with accrued interest, be released to the respondent. 5.

The Registry is accordingly directed to release Rs.8,43,988/- along with accrued interest to the respondent, and balance amount deposited, be released to petitioner.

Demand Drafts for the said amounts be handed over to the counsels /authorised representatives of petitioner and respondents against due acknowledgement.

With these directions, this application stands disposed of. 8.
