Mr. Abhishek Kumar Singh has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2. He states that he also represents Respondent No. 2 before the Trial Court. He confirms the submission of the Petitioner and has handed over a photocopy of the order dated 12.12.2024. 5.
