The Appeal under Section 173 has been filed by the claimants against the Order dated 06.07.2018 wherein the claim has been rejected on the ground of territorial jurisdiction.

The record shows that the two Insurance Companies have their addressed in Delhi.

Since it is a case filed in respect of the accident, which happened prior to the amendment of the Motor Vehicle Act, the impugned Order dated 06.07.2018 is set aside and the case is remanded back to the learned Tribunal, to be adjudicated on merits.

The Appeal is dismissed.
