for recovery of amount of Rs. 31,29,917/- as arrears of land revenue. 3.
The aforesaid exercise is necessary in view of Section 40 of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for National Capital Territory of Delhi under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. 4.
It is, thus, seen that there is no reason to intervene into the matter as the RERA has already taken the cognizance and necessary directions have been passed.
5.
If there is any inaction by the concerned District Magistrate, the petitioner shall be at liberty to point out the same to RERA. The RERA in turn will have to take the execution proceedings to their logical conclusion. 6.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition, along with pending application(s), sands disposed of.
