This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing and settling aside the Show-Cause Notice dated 17.12.2025 issued by the Respondent Bank for declaring the accounts of M/s Falcon Technosystem Private Limited as "Fraud"; AND/OR..."

It is stated by Mr. Khurana, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the underlying documents as mentioned in the show cause notice have not been supplied to the petitioners.

Mr. Wali, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, states that whatever documents are available with the respondent No. 1 will be duly supplied to the petitioners.

In view of the said Order, it is directed that the concerns shown by the petitioners will be duly taken care of and whatever further action the bank intends to take, will be taken only after supplying documents, taking note of the petitioner's response and giving a personal hearing. 6.

It is further clarified that, if the petitioners are still aggrieved, the petitioners will be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal action. 7.
