Petitioner is defending a divorce petition filed by her husband on the ground of cruelty.

However, the aforesaid application has been moved apprising about the fact that matter has been amicably compromised between the parties. Copy of the settlement dated 17.03.2025, which has taken place under the aegis of Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, has also been placed on record. 3.

In terms of such settlement, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with his present petition.

Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that even otherwise, this petition has become infructuous as divorce petition has already been withdrawn by the respondent.

In view of the above, aforesaid application is allowed and, resultantly, main petition i.e. CM(M) 90/2025 is disposed of as not pressed in terms of the settlement. 6.

Next fixed date also stands cancelled.
