After some arguments, counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise his pleas, inter alia relating to authority/ locus standii of plaintiff in instituting the suit, the factum of possession not being established and the nature of remedy being sought. 2.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise these issues before the Trial Court at appropriate stage. 3.
