The present application has been filed under Section 152 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by Respondent No.1 seeking deletion of the word "Appellant's" in Paragraph No. 21(iii) of the Judgment dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court in FAO (OS) 4/2025, titled "Yogesh Jain v. D.S.S. Hotels Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.". The relevant portion reads as follows:

"the Appellant's Relinquishment Deed 31.01.2011 which was acted upon by revenue/land acquisition authorities with undisputed portions being paid as compensation to the plaintiff"

Upon a perusal of the aforesaid judgment, it is evident that the use of the word "Appellant's" is inadvertent and superfluous. same is, therefore, directed to be deleted.
