In terms with settlement arrived at between the parties, the amount of outstanding mesne profits deposited by the appellants vide orders dated 18.09.2023 be released to the appellants subject to identity and for that purpose the appellants The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. As per office report, the amount is lying deposited in RFA No.88/2023. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the dispute between the parties have been settled and therefore, requests that the amount of Rs.16,41,400/- deposited in this case by the appellants may be released to the appellant/Charanpreet Singh in terms of order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

In RFA No.88/2023, there are two appellants, namely, Mrs. Jasbir Kaur and Mr. Charanpreet Singh and in RFA No.198/2023 there is only one appellant, namely, Mr. Charanpreet Singh. Statement of both the appellants have been recorded separately qua the release of the aforesaid deposited amount and they have been identified by their counsel. The appellant Mrs. Jasbir Kaur in RFA No.88/2023 has categorically given statement before this court today that the entire deposited amount be released to the other appellant, namely, Mr. Charanpreet Singh, who is her son. 5.

In view of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court and the statements given by the appellants today in the court, Registrar (B&A) is directed to remit the entire deposited amount to the appellant/Charanpreet Singh alongwith accrued interest directly in the bank account of appellant/Charanpreet Singh, the details of which is mentioned in his statement, in terms of order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court after due verification.
