When this Court pointed out to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition requires adjudication on pure questions of facts, which will have to be proved by leading evidence and the Petitioner ought to file a civil suit for redressal of his grievances, learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepted the suggestion given by the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a suit to substantiate his claims.
