% 01.03.2016 This is a suit for possession, injunction etc., valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Suit property is situated at Shalimar Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District North, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court, North, Rohini, Delhi. Plaintiff present in person and ld. counsel for defendants submit that connected matter is listed on 19.04.2016 before the concerned Ld. District Judge, North, Delhi on 19.04.2016 hence request the present matter also to be posted on 19.04.2016.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge North, Rohini, Delhi on 19.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
