The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging his arrest on the ground that the grounds of arrest were not supplied.

Concededly, pursuant to filing of the present petition, the petitioner has already been admitted on bail by order dated 29.01.2025, passed by learned MM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

The present petition has therefore become infructuous. No further orders are required to be passed in the present matter. 4.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
