Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to release the eligible refund along with interest.

It is informed by the learned counsel for respondent that the claim of refund of the petitioner was partially allowed. However, the same was adjusted towards the tax demand of the department and balance claim has been rejected. She submits that orders dated 17.01.2024 have been passed rejecting some claims and adjusting the admissible claims for refund.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of petitioner to assail the orders dated 17.01.2024 in accordance with law.
