The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking unconditional withdrawal of the present suit in view of the settlement dated 13.05.2026 arrived at between the parties.

At this stage, Ms. Nandni Sahni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of plaintiff prays for return of original title documents. 7.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of respondents submit that they have no objection in case original title documents are returned to the plaintiff.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to return the original title documents filed by the plaintiff to the plaintiff through his counsel, as per rules.
