The parties in this Execution Petition, vide order dated 1st November, 2019, were referred to Mediation Cell of this Court. 2.
Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Jitender Vashisht, Advocate/Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 17th December, 2019 purporting to be signed by the decree holder and on behalf of the judgment debtors, advocates and Mediator has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court and the counsel for the decree holder and the counsel for the judgment debtors support the same. 3.
I have perused the compromise arrived at between the parties and the same is found to be lawful.

The amounts agreed to be paid under the Settlement Agreement have been agreed to be paid within 60 days of 17th December, 2019. 5.
The counsel for the judgment debtors states that the judgment debtors shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 6.
The Settlement Agreement provides that on failure of the judgment debtors to pay, the decree holder shall be entitled to continue with the execution for recovery of Rs.49,075/- 7.
In view of the aforesaid, the Execution Petition is disposed of as satisfied.
