Petitioner impugns order dated 30.10.2019, whereby, conditional leave to defend the suit was granted to the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs.2,25,000/-.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the time is extended for deposit of the amount, petitioner shall not press the present petition.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, time to deposit of the amount is extended till 15.02.2020. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented upon the merits of the contentions of either of the parties. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
