The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "issuing writ of direction to respondent no. I and 2 to pass an order to respondent no.3 to remove the permanent walls closing the public street no. 8, Sheesh Mahal Enclave, Ram N agar, Prem N agar - III, Main Mubarak Pur Road, Delhi 110086 in territory of police Station Prem Nagar Delhi, which has been merged in the campus of Chaudhary Baldev Modal school of respondent no.3 by patting permanent walls as shown in red colour in site plan attached.
Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents." 2.

has to decide the petitioner's grievance with respect to the encroachment over the Government land.

If the concerned SDM finds that the Government land is under encroachment, he will have to issue appropriate directions to the concerned authority for its removal.

Let the SDM to pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from today.

If the grievance of the petitioner is not mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of.
