The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondent to complete the administrative inquiry under Section 4(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against Sh. Rajeev Ranjan, SHO, PS: Shahbad Diary and Sh. Manish Ladla, ACP, Sub-Division Bawana, Delhi on the basis of representation dated 04.11.2023 given by the Petitioner to the Respondent. 2.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court, at this juncture, is inclined to direct the Respondent to expeditiously conclude the administrative inquiry, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
