% 06.02.2017 CRL.M.A.2012/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present bail application. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application as per law.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
