I am informed that pursuant to the last order passed by this Court i.e. 24.12.2019, a meeting was held between the officials of DDA and SDMC on 9.1.2020.

Counsel for SDMC has placed on record the minutes of meeting held on 9.1.2020.

It is the submission of both the counsel i.e. DDA and SDMC that a decision was taken that the DDA will identify the location for installation of LED display near Satyam Cineplex.

Ms. Takiar, who appears for DDA, submits that she would require some time to obtain instructions in the matter. W.P.(C) 13825/2019 1/2

Given the aforesaid position, the DDA will take a decision as regards the location for installation of LED display near Satyam Cineplex within one week from today. The decision taken will be conveyed to the petitioner so that it is in position to display the advertisement. 6.

In view of the above, counsel for the parties submit that nothing further survives in the matter and the same can be closed. 6.

The captioned writ petition is, accordingly, closed. 7.

Resultantly, pending application shall also stand disposed of. 8.

List the captioned writ petition on 15.4.2020 for compliance. 9.
