The writ petitioner challenges the notices for empanelment dated 13th October, 2017 and 15th June, 2017 issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

The present petition has been filed without making any representation to the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi and also without impleading the Govt. of NCT of Delhi as party respondent to the writ petition. 3.

We dispose of this petition with a direction that the same shall be considered by the respondents and a view taken threreon shall be communicated to the petitioner.
