% 29.01.2026 At the outset, it is observed that another writ petition bearing W.P.(CRL) No.4229/2025, wherein the petitioner has sought similar reliefs, is pending consideration before this court.

Notice on the said petition was issued vidé order dated 19.12.2025 and the matter is listed next on 09.02.2026.

Mr. Anurag Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that at the time the said other petition was filed, the petitioner was residing within the jurisdiction of P.S.: Bhajanpura, whereas now she resides within the jurisdiction of P.S.: Karol Bagh.

Be that as it may, there is no justification for entertaining a second petition seeking similar reliefs even if against different police stations.
