Contempt petitions have been filed in the context of the orders passed by this Court in O.M.P.(ENF.)(COMM.)108/2023, which had sought enforcement of the award dated 10th December 2022. 3.

Copy of the award shall be placed on record and has also been given to the counsel for the petitioner.
