CMM, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, Delhi In FIR No. 0077 /2023, P.S. Economic Offence Wing, New Delhi ii) Pass appropriate order(s)/direction(s) thereby directing the Court of Ld. CMM, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, Delhi to hear and conduct the Criminal trial in FIR 77/2023 PS. EOW, in a lawful, fair and unbiased manner in the larger interest of justice."
