This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, seeks following prayers:- "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying with the order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Kashif Athar (Advocate) V. State of Uttar Pradesh, Bail Appln. 4742/2024.
(b) Pass any other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstance of the Present Case" 3.
Vide order dated 20.12.2024, learned Single Judge in BAIL APPL. 4742/2024 passed the following directions:- "10. Considering the aforesaid position, as well as, regard being had to the fact that the petitioner resides in Delhi, the petitioner is granted transit anticipatory bail till the next date of hearing." 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that post the aforesaid order, there was a notice dated 25.12.2024 published in the newspaper- Amar Ujala, Ghaziabad, wherein it was announced that there was The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. a reward of Rs. 25,000/-, to anyone who assist in the arrest of the accused persons. It is submitted that the said notice was in violation of the order dated 20.12.2024.

The aforesaid directions by the learned Single Judge was with respect to granting transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner, till the next date of hearing. It is not the case of the petitioner that during the pendency of the aforesaid order, the petitioner was arrested and he was not released on bail. 6.
In these circumstances, in the considered opinion of this Court, a case of contempt is not made out.

The present petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. 8.
