By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 482 Cr.P.C petitioners seek directions that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the interim maintenance application filed by the petitioners with MC No.307/2021 titled Shalini v. Ramesh Kumar & Ors. PS Bindapur pending before learned MM, Mahila Court-03, South/West, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the interim maintenance application is pending since the last many dates wherein arguments were heard on 28.11.2022 whereafter the matter has been simply adjourned time and again.

The petitioners have placed daily order-sheets on record, a perusal of which would show that after 28.11.2022, the matter was simply put up either for clarification or for orders.

Considering that more than 14 months have passed since the learned MM has heard the arguments and not passed orders, it is deemed apposite to direct that the matter be now listed on 25.01.2024 before the concerned MM, who is requested to consider and dispose of the interim maintenance application of the petitioners.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to The Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi as well as the concerned MM. 8.
The petition is disposed of in terms of the above. 9.
