Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to transfer the investigation of FIR No.0445/2014 under Sections 420/406/468/471/448/506 of IPC, registered at PS: Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, to CBI or any other competent investigation agency for further investigation and under the supervision of Senior Officer. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheet has already been filed on 22.08.2024 and the matter is now fixed for 27.02.2026 for arguments on Charge.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, who is Complainant, is aggrieved that Chargesheet has not been filed against all accused persons. However, these aspects can be best agitated before the learned Trial Court, which may consider the submissions and pass order, in accordance with law.
